Medical Disclaimer
This is important — please read carefully.
Pilates Protocols programs are Pilates exercise programs designed for general wellness. They are not medical advice, medical treatment, physiotherapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Sophie Mercer is a PMA-certified Pilates instructor with over 15 years of experience. She is not a doctor, physiotherapist, or medical professional. The programs she creates are based on her training and experience in clinical Pilates, not medical diagnosis.
Before starting any exercise program, including ours, you should consult with your doctor or qualified healthcare professional — especially if you have an existing injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery.
You exercise at your own risk. Pilates Protocols, Sophie Mercer, and any associated parties are not liable for any injury, discomfort, or health issue that may result from following any of our programs. By purchasing and using our programs, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety.
If you experience pain or discomfort while doing any exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, layouts, exercise descriptions, and branding, is owned by Pilates Protocols. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our materials beyond your personal use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilates Protocols is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our programs. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant program.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
