Pilates Protocols ("we", "us") is based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

What We Collect

When you buy a program

Purchases are handled by Whop, our merchant of record. When you buy a program, Whop collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email address and purchase details so we can deliver your PDF, but we never see or store your card number or payment credentials.

When you sign up for free content

If you enter your email address to receive free exercises or guides, your email is collected by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email platform. We use it only to send you the content you requested and occasional updates about our programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Server logs

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare automatically collects basic server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security, performance, and basic analytics. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

Third Parties

We share your information only with the services needed to run this site and deliver your purchases:

• Whop — processes payments and delivers digital products
• Kit (ConvertKit) — manages email subscriptions and sends emails
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and provides security
• Google Analytics — collects anonymous usage data to help us understand how visitors use the site

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to understand site usage in aggregate. Cloudflare may set a security cookie. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels beyond basic analytics.
